Under the background of rapid economic development and change, commercial banks are fac-ing the expanding operating risks.Effectively preventing risks and ensuring safe operation have become an important standard to measure the management level and market competitiveness of commercial banks.A good internal control culture can effectively prevent risks and ensure the implementation of the system.Al-though the major commercial banks in Jilin Province have made some achievements in the construction of internal control culture, there are still some deficiencies that need to be paid attention to and improved.The problems existing in the construction of internal control culture of large commercial banks in Jilin Prov-ince should be deeply studied, and the optimization path should be actively explored to enhance their mar-ket competitiveness and promote sustainable development.
