Government subsidies play an important role in promoting the field of scientific and technologi-cal innovation.In recent years, "Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation" enterprises have be-come an important force in scientific and technological innovation, and their innovation ability is of great significance for promoting economic growth and improving national competitiveness. Select"Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation"enterprises from 2011 to 2022 as research samples, and use theoreti-cal analysis and empirical research to determine the promoting effect of government subsidies for"Special-ized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation" enterprises on the development of technological innovation. Government subsidies provide financial support, reduce innovation risks, and encourage enterprises to en-gage in larger scale technological research and development.In addition, government subsidies have im-proved the environment and opportunities for"Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation"enterpris-es, promoting technological cooperation and talent introduction.Therefore, the government should further increase the subsidies for"Specialized, Refinement, Differential, Innovation"enterprises"to provide more powerful support for the development of scientific and technological innovation.
