It has become an important new trade format and new model in China, a new driving force and engine for global economic growth, and plays an important role in the domestic and international"dual circulation"economic development.Howev-er, the deterioration of the current international political environment, the COVID-19 epidemic and the de-fects in the development of cross-border e-commerce have all had an impact on the further sound develop-ment of the"dual circulation"of China's domestic and international economy.Therefore, we should active-ly participate in the construction of economic and trade globalization, improve the supervision of cross-bor-der e-commerce industry regulatory system,"school,government,enterprise and industry"to participate in the training of professional talents and innovation to stimulate domestic demand, so as to release the poten-tial of domestic economic development and improve the competitiveness of China's economy in the global scope.
