The signing of RCEP has brought huge opportunities for cross border e-commerce transactions of agricultural products in China, which is conducive to reducing the cost of cross-border e-commerce transactions of agricultural products, promoting cross border e-commerce transaction models of agricultur-al products, reconstructing the cross border e-commerce transaction chain of agricultural products, and im-proving the level of cross border e-commerce transactions of agricultural products.Based on the develop-ment background of RCEP, it is necessary to first clarify the key to the development of cross border e-com-merce for agricultural products, continuously improve the convenience level of cross border e-commerce for agricultural products, and create a safe environment to promote non discriminatory exchanges and co-operative dialogue.It is recommended to strengthen factor restructuring, reduce transaction costs, and pro-mote the extension of strategic centers, promote digital trade, focus on terminal matching, adopt a front-end strategy, and win the opportunity for cross-border e-commerce transactions of agricultural products un-der the RCEP agreement.
