摘要
近几年,长春市数字经济核心产业发展呈现出数字产业化发展初具规模、数字新基建不断升级、数字经济产业集群规模持续扩大、数字企业集群初步显现、数字核心技术创新能力持续升级等特点,但仍然存在数字产业化规模偏小、数字基础设施支撑能力不强、数字技术创新能力偏弱、数字技术赋能产业深度与广度不够等突出问题.未来长春市的数字经济核心产业发展要提速数字经济立法,加强顶层设计引领作用;进一步提升新基建支撑力,筑牢数字经济发展底座;培育新型创新主体,壮大数字产业集群;提升数字技术科创能力,积极推动科研成果转化;构建数字人才新生态,健全人才培引制度,推动数字经济核心产业高质量发展.
Abstract
In recent years, the development of core industries of digital economy in Changchun shows the characteristics of digital industrialization development beginning to take shape, the continuous upgrading of digital new infrastructure, the continuous expansion of digital economy industrial cluster scale, the ini-tial emergence of digital enterprise cluster, the continuous upgrading of digital core technology innovation ability,however, there are still some prominent problems, such as small scale of digital industrialization, weak supporting capacity of digital infrastructure, weak innovation capacity of digital technology, and in-sufficient depth and breadth of digital technology enabling industry.In the future, the development of the core industry of digital economy in Changchun should accelerate the legislation of digital economy, strengthen the leading role of top-level design, further enhance the support of new infrastructure, strength-en the development base of digital economy;cultivate the new innovation subject, expand the digital in-dustry cluster;enhance the ability of digital technology, actively promote the transformation of scientific research achievements;construct the new ecology of digital talent, improve the talent training system, and promote the high-quality development of the core industry of digital economy.
