Study on Input-output Efficiency of Sci-tech Finance in Liaoning Province
As a new financial form, sci-tech finance has become an important engine to promote regional economic development and social transformation and upgrading. As an old industrial base in northeast Chi-na, the development of sci-tech finance in Liaoning Province is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional economy. By selecting the relevant data of science and technolo-gy finance of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2022, the input-output efficien-cy of science and technology finance in Liaoning Province is measured by data envelopment analysis meth-od, and the research is carried out from three levels: comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The results show that the input-output efficiency of sci-tech finance in Liaoning Prov-ince is low;From the perspective of city area, most prefecture-level cities have a certain waste of sci-tech financial resources, and the regional differences in the input-output efficiency of sci-tech finance are obvi-ous.
