Under the background of rural revitalization in the new era, the rural land circulation in Henan Province is influenced by multiple factors such as economy, politics and society.By constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model and using system dynamics simulation to analyze the behavioral strategies of the government, new agricultural management entities, and farmers, the stability mechanism of land transfer is revealed.
