Financial Inclusion Empowered by Digital Technology and Its Ethical Value
Financial inclusion is a manifestation of inclusive growth in the financial sector. Analyzing the theoretical basis of financial inclusion practice,distinguishing the dialectical relationship between digital finance and financial inclusion under the empowerment of digital technology,it is found that digital fi-nance can actively promote the development of financial inclusion based on advantages such as reducing costs,improving resource allocation efficiency,and improving the integrity environment. It can also weak-en the social value of financial inclusion due to problems such as data monopolies,algorithmic black box-es,and regulatory deficiencies,thereby triggering ethical issues in financial technology such as data gaps and algorithmic discrimination. Financial inclusion reflects social attributes,and its ethical values are re-flected in putting people first,respecting differences,sharing benefits,and equal opportunities.
