Internal control culture can subtly influence employees' values and behavioral norms,and is an important influencing factor for the sustainable and healthy operation of commercial banks. It is also an im-portant means to prevent and control business risks and enhance market competitiveness.As an important province in Northeast China,Jilin Province's development of internal control culture in commercial banks is directly related to the stability and development of the regional economy.Analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of internal control culture construction in small and medium-sized commercial banks in Jilin Province,and proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on this,has certain practical significance.
