共生理论下教学共同体构建的困境及实践路径——以"边缘人"为中心的考察

摘要
教学共同体的构建既是促进学生身心和谐发展、教师综合素养提升的重要途径,也是推动实现教育高质量发展的保障.基于生物学范畴的共生理论对我国中小学的教学共同体进行透视,揭示其面临的师生角色弱化、资源分配失范、教学文化淡漠等困境.教学共同体构建的实践路径包括优化共生单元和明晰角色定位;创新共生模式,实现对称互惠与一体化;完善共生环境,建构民主的共生文化,最终实现"边缘人"的转化及教学共同体的构建.
Abstract
The construction of the teaching community is an important way to promote the harmonious development of students'minds and bodies and teachers'comprehensive quality,as well as a guarantee for the high-quality development of education.Based on the symbiosis theory in biology,the teaching community in China's primary and secondary schools is examined to reveal difficulties it faces,such as the weakened roles of teachers and students,the misallocation of resources and the indifference of teaching culture.Practical paths for the construction of teaching community include optimizing symbiotic units and clarifying the role positioning,innovating the symbiotic model to achieve the symmetric reciprocity and integration,and improving the symbiotic environment to construct a democratic symbiotic culture,so as to realize the transformation from"marginal people"and the construction of the teaching community.
