Developing new quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus for promoting high-quality development.Starting from understanding the essential connotation of the new quality productivity,this paper analyzes the expected pattern of high-quality basic education from the perspective of the new quality productivity.It proposes to consolidate the foundation of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,consolidate the foundation of science and technology education,and explore integration paths,so as to provide paths for the high-quality development of basic education.
