从共同体视角出发,提出教师教学创新团队"价值—目标—发展"共同体建设理念,构建理论框架,并提出具体建设路径:强化顶层设计,打造教师教学创新团队价值共同体;明确价值定位,打造教师教学创新团队目标共同体;完善激励机制,打造教师教学创新团队发展共同体.
From the perspective of community,this paper puts forward the community construction concept of"value-goal-development"for teachers'teaching innovation team,establishes the theoretical framework,and puts forward the concrete construction paths:strengthen the top-level design,and create a value community of teachers'teaching innovation team;make clear the value orientation,and build a goal community of teachers' teaching innovation team;improve the incentive mechanism,and make a development community of teachers' teaching innovation team.
