摘要
伴随数字技术的日新月异与教育领域的深刻变革,全面提升教师的数字素养是确保教育数字化转型稳健前行、成效显著的关键.提升教师队伍数字素养需要以《教师数字素养》标准五重维度为框架,从保障机制、培训机制和评价机制三大方向探索现实路径,以期推动教育现代化进程,提高教育质量,促进学生全面发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology and profound changes in the field of education,comprehensively improving teachers'digital literacy is the key to ensuring the steady progress and remarkable results of the digital transformation of education.To improve the teachers'digital literacy,it is needed to take the five standard dimensions of Digital Literacy of Teachers as the framework,and explore practical paths from three directions of guarantee,training and evaluation mechanisms,so as to accelerate the process of education modernization,improve the education quality,and promote the all-round development of students.
