摘要

教师的有效教学能力是实施有效教学的决定性因素.通过调研了解高职艺术设计类教师有效教学能力的现状,进而聚焦问题并进行跟踪研究,提出构建产教融合的双向交流机制、走出去与请进来相结合、加强知识与技能的针对性培训、构建三维共同体、建立新型师生关系等策略,以提升教师多元教学能力.

Abstract

Teachers'effective teaching ability is the decisive factor in the implementation of effective teaching.Through investigation,this paper found the status quo of the effective teaching ability of art design teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then focused on problems and carried out the follow-up research.It put forward strategies such as constructing the two-way communication mechanism integrating production and education,combining the"going out"and"inviting in",strengthening the targeted training of knowledge and skills,building a three-dimensional community,establishing a new teacher-student relationship,so as to improve teachers'diversified teaching ability.
