摘要
课程思政案例教学作为一种新颖、有效的教学方法,对地方高校行政管理专业建设具有重要价值.目前,我国地方高校行政管理专业课程思政案例教学仍存在案例库建设滞后、规范性不足、认可度不高、保障机制不健全等问题.深入分析问题形成的机理,提出通过强化课程思政案例教学理念、提升专业教师教学能力、鼓励学生全程参与、健全保障机制的"四位一体"优化路径.
Abstract
As an innovative and effective teaching metuod,case-based teaching of courses on the ideological and political dimension is of great value for the construction of administrative management major in local colleges and universities.At present,there are still problems such as the lag of the case base construction,insufficient teaching standardization,low degree of recognition and imperfect guarantee mechanism in the case-based teaching of courses on the ideological and political dimensions of administrative management major in local colleges and universities.By deeply analyzing the problem formation mechanism,this paper proposes the"Four in One"optimization paths,i.e.,strengthening the case-based teaching concept of courses on the ideological and political dimension,improving the teaching ability of professional teachers,encouraging students to participate in the whole process and perfecting the guarantee mechanism.
