摘要
高校是开展学生就业指导的重要场域,将思想政治教育融入就业指导工作,对提升学生素养、引导其树立正确的就业观和择业观十分重要.在具体实践中,思想政治教育融入高校就业指导工作仍然存在一系列问题,应着力从信息维度、理念维度、能力维度加强思想政治教育在就业形势、就业目标教育及素质培养方面的融入.
Abstract
Colleges and universities are important fields for the development of students'employment guidance.Integrating ideological and political education into the employment guidance work is very important to improve students'quality and guide them to establish correct views on employment and career choice.In practice,there are still a series of guidance problems in the integration of ideological and political education into the employment guidance of colleges and universities.It is needed to strengthen the integration of ideological and political education in the employment situation,employment objective education and quality training from the dimensions of information,idea and ability.
