摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确提出要“建立高等学校质量年度报告发布制度”。2011年,39所“985工程”高校和236所高职高专院校先后发布了《质量年度报告》。质量年报制度成为完善人才培养监测体系,实现学校自治、上级监控与社会监督的有效制度。
Abstract
National medium and long-term plan for education reform and development clearly pointed out that we should build up quali-ty annual report system in higher colleges. In 2011, 39 universities of“985 Project” and 236 vocational colleges had issued Quality An-nual Report. This system is an effective system for perfecting talents training monitoring system and realizing college autonomy and supe-rior monitoring and social supervision.
