By introducing the definition and properties of fuzzy mapping and the concept of semi-deviation,and using the inequality technique and the Filippov theorem,the averaging problem of fuzzy differential inclusion with maxima is discussed and the approximate relationship between fuzzy differential inclusion and averaging inclusion solution is given respectively when the average limit of the right-hand fuzzy function exists and when it does not exist.
