摘要

大学生正处于成长和发展的关键时期,容易受到外界不良信息的影响,从而产生抑郁、焦虑等情绪,对身心成长造成一定的影响.大学生心理健康教育与课程思政相融合是健全大学生人格的有效方式.高校应分析大学生心理健康教育存在的问题及原因,融合思政教育目标,明确心理健康教育定位,丰富心理健康教育课程思政教学,打造专业化心理健康教育团队,建立科学完善的心理教育评价体系,以进一步提高高校心理教育工作水平.
