核心素养视域下语文教师文学教育能力提升机制刍探——以广西桂中民族地区中小学为例

摘要
文学教育是中小学语文教学的重要组成部分,弘扬中华民族优秀文化更是中小学语文教师义不容辞的责任.把语文核心素养融入文学教育之中,在促进语文教师文学鉴赏和审美能力的基础上对中小学学生实施文学教育,有利于提升学生的审美能力,发展学生语文核心素养.文章论述核心素养视域下文学教育的内涵,分析核心素养视域下语文教师文学教育能力的构成要素,剖析核心素养视域下语文教师文学教育能力存在的问题,探究核心素养视域下语文教师文学教育能力提升机制,以提升语文教师文学教育能力,为中小学文学教育的开展提供保障.
Abstract
Literary education is an important component of Chinese language teaching in primary and secondary schools,and promoting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation is an unshirkable responsibility of Chinese language teachers in primary and secondary schools.Integrating the core competence of Chinese language into literary education and implementing literary education for primary and secondary school students on the basis of promoting the literary appreciation and aesthetic ability of Chinese language teachers is beneficial for improving students'aesthetic ability and developing their core competence of Chinese language.The article discusses the connotation of literary education from the perspective of core competence,analyzes the constituent elements of the literary education ability of Chinese language teachers from the perspective of core competence,analyzes the problems in the literary education ability of Chinese language teachers from the perspective of core competence,explores the mechanism for improving the literary education ability of Chinese language teachers from the perspective of core competence,in order to enhance the literary education ability of Chinese language teachers and provide guarantees for the development of primary and secondary school literary education.
