摘要

农村幼儿教育是农村教育体系的重要组成部分,提高其综合水平可为乡村振兴"打通经络",是乡村振兴战略全面贯彻落实的重要推手.农村幼儿园教师专业发展情况是建设高质量师资队伍的关键,与教育质量息息相关,其重要性不可忽视.高尚的师德师风、扎实的专业素养、坚定的乡村教育信念、突出的能力是幼儿园教师专业发展的核心要素,在乡村振兴战略背景下推动其专业发展可从以上四方面入手.

Abstract

Rural early childhood education is an important component of the rural education system. Improving its comprehensive level can "open up the meridians" for rural revitalization and is an important driving force for the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization. The professional development of rural kindergarten teachers is the key to building a high-quality teaching staff, closely related to the quality of education, and its importance cannot be ignored. High professional ethics and conduct, solid professional qualities, firm beliefs in rural education, and outstanding abilities are the core elements of the professional development of kindergarten teachers. In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, promoting their professional development can be approached from the above four aspects.
