Rural early childhood education is an important component of the rural education system. Improving its comprehensive level can "open up the meridians" for rural revitalization and is an important driving force for the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization. The professional development of rural kindergarten teachers is the key to building a high-quality teaching staff, closely related to the quality of education, and its importance cannot be ignored. High professional ethics and conduct, solid professional qualities, firm beliefs in rural education, and outstanding abilities are the core elements of the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
