Based on the concept of quality education, vocational physical education courses should not only teach students corresponding professional skills and actively improve their physical fitness, but also cultivate their exercise habits and improve their ideological and moral levels. The article is based on the problems of outdated physical education teaching concepts, incomplete teaching content, insufficient attention, and the need to improve the professional level of teachers in vocational school physical education teaching. Corresponding strategies are explored: changing teaching concepts to enhance the teaching level of teachers; strengthen the infiltration of moral education and cultivate students' sports spirit; update teaching content to enrich students' classroom experience; transforming single teaching methods and valuing the student-centered position; enhance the importance of physical education courses and carry out characteristic teaching; using information technology to stimulate students' interest in learning; carry out gamified teaching to expand student thinking.
