高职院校"课堂改革"实施路径研究

摘要
课堂是人才培养的主阵地,教学改革的关键在于"课堂改革",只有对课堂教学进行广泛而深入的变革,才能真正改进教学质量,达到人才培养的目的.新时代高职院校课堂改革要聚焦学生中心,以课堂为阵地,突出教师、教材、教法的改革与创新,确立以立德树人为基础、科学理论为指导、职业能力为导向、多元内容为载体、翻转课堂为策略、信息技术为手段、综合评价为检验的实施路径,进而促进人才培养质量的综合提升.
Abstract
The classroom is the main battlefield for talent cultivation,and the key to teaching reform lies in"classroom reform".Only by making extensive and in-depth changes to classroom teaching can we truly improve teaching quality and achieve the goal of talent cultivation.In the new era,classroom reform in vocational colleges should focus on student-centered education,with the classroom as the battlefield,highlighting the reform and innovation of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods.It should establish an implementation path based on moral education,guided by scientific theories,guided by professional abilities,with diverse content as the carrier,flipped classroom as the strategy,information technology as the means,and comprehensive evaluation as the test,in order to promote the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation quality.
