Rural kindergarten teachers are rooted in the local culture,and mastering local knowledge is of great significance for their professional development and the inheritance of local culture.However,some rural kindergarten teachers lack sufficient understanding of local knowledge,have an imbalanced structure of local knowledge,are not proactive enough in carrying out local knowledge practice activities,and have limited research capabilities in local knowledge.The construction of local knowledge for kindergarten teachers in rural areas can be achieved from four aspects:awakening cultural consciousness,stimulating the return of local knowledge subjects,enhancing teachers'educational sentiment,stimulating their enthusiasm for learning local knowledge,based on local education practice,promoting teacher professional development,formulating relevant policies and systems,and promoting the accumulation of local knowledge among teachers.
