摘要

新媒体平台的快速发展拓宽了学生思想教育引导的空间,为高校提升育人成效提供了新的机遇,但也存在诸多挑战,探索构建科学有效的网络育人质量提升体系成为新时代高职院校思想政治工作的一项必然要求.高职院校在育人过程中要不断深化"智育"与"德育"的结合,深入挖掘育人资源,主动占领学生网络思政教育新阵地,直面网络育人存在的各项现实挑战,结合职教特色及人才培养特点,积极推进平台载体、平台内容、网络环境、育人队伍等方面的优化建设,探索构建"四位一体"职业教育网络育人质量提升体系.

Abstract

The rapid development of new media platforms has broadened the space for guiding students'ideological education and provided new opportunities for universities to improve their educational effectiveness.However,there are also many challenges.Exploring the construction of a scientific and effective network education quality improvement system has become an inevitable requirement for the ideological and political work of vocational colleges in the new era.Vocational colleges should continuously deepen the combination of"intellectual education"and"moral education"in the process of educating students,deeply explore educational resources,actively occupy new positions in students'online ideological and political education,face various practical challenges in online education,combine the characteristics of vocational education and talent cultivation,actively promote the optimization and construction of platform carriers,platform content,network environment,and education teams,and explore the construction of a"four in one"vocational education network education quality improvement system.
