Exploration of Strategies for Integrating Music Teaching into Mental Health Education
The mental health issues of adolescent students have received widespread attention from society,and how to correctly face and effectively intervene has become the key.Music education can regulate students'negative emotions,provide them with psychological satisfaction,promote their physical and mental coordination,and help them establish correct"three outlooks".It is an important channel for mental health education.Schools should integrate music teaching into mental health education from aspects such as intellectual development,health experience,confidence cultivation,and cooperative education.Through multi-faceted coordination and cooperation among schools,families,and society,they can provide assistance in solving the mental health problems of young students.
