Research on the Integrated Curriculum System of Cruise Crew Specialty in Guangxi Secondary and Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the demand for international cruise ship crew professionals,this article proposes the problems in the integrated curriculum system of cruise ship crew majors in Guangxi's secondary and higher vocational education,including vague training objectives,overlapping teaching content,inverted skill training,and a single assessment and evaluation system.To address these issues,we need to explore in depth the path of constructing an integrated curriculum system for cruise ship crew majors in Guangxi's secondary and higher vocational education:we need to clarify training objectives,build an integrated training system,attach importance to job requirements,achieve integrated training programs,clarify professional courses,achieve integrated curriculum standards,innovate evaluation systems,and standardize evaluation systems.To ensure the smooth implementation of the integrated curriculum system,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed:strengthening school enterprise cooperation,forming a mixed dual teacher teaching team,strengthening student role identification,in order to provide certain assistance for the training of cruise ship crew professionals in Guangxi's secondary and higher vocational colleges.
