摘要
"工匠精神"是以"执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越"为主要内涵的职业态度和职业精神."工匠精神"在高职教育领域所蕴含的深远价值,对于学生的职业态度、职业素养以及职业能力培养具有重要作用.文章分析"工匠精神"的教育价值,阐述"工匠精神"融入高职大学生就业竞争力的条件,并从价值引导、文化育人、协同发展等三方面,探讨"工匠精神"融入高职大学生就业竞争力的路径,以期为高职院校的大学生就业工作提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
"Craftsmanship spirit"is a professional attitude and spirit mainly characterized by"persistence,focus,excellence,meticulousness,and pursuit of excellence".The profound value of the"craftsman spirit"in the field of vocational education plays an important role in cultivating students'professional attitudes,cultivating professional qualities,and improving their professional abilities.The article analyzes the educational value of the"craftsman spirit",elaborates on the integration conditions of the"craftsman spirit"into the employment competitiveness of vocational college students,and explores the path of integrating the"craftsman spirit"into the employment competitiveness of vocational college students from three aspects:value guidance,cultural education,and collaborative development,in order to provide some reference and inspiration for the employment work of higher vocational college students.
