Exploration of Identification and Intervention of Psychological"Danger"and"Opportunity"for Vocational College Students——Case Analysis of Instructor Psychological Education Work
Currently,college students face certain challenges in terms of adaptation to enrollment,academic pressure,interpersonal relationship management,emotional and romantic relationships,employment pressure,etc.If school mental health education and counseling are not in place or students'self-management and self-education are improper,some college students may face psychological crisis problems.The mental health issues of vocational college students are of paramount importance in the education work of instructors.The article attempts to explore the identification and intervention practices of psychological"risks"and"opportunities"for vocational college students through case studies of instructor work.From identifying the crux of the problem,to achieving certain results through targeted treatment,to summarizing and reflecting,and forming a certain experience summary,it is hoped that instructors can timely and effectively do a good job in psychological crisis intervention for college students,and become caring and guiding people on the path of college students'growth and development.
