Analysis and Countermeasures of Psychological Health Problems among Art College Students——Based on Counselor Work Cases
Currently,the psychological health problems of art students in universities are gradually emerging.Psychological health problems can affect the physical and mental health growth of individuals,which is not conducive to the cultivation of art talents.Universities should pay attention to the psychological health status of art students and take effective measures to carry out psychological health education for art students.The article conducts research on Guiyang University,analyzes the characteristics and causes of their mental health problems,and summarizes them through practical work cases.It proposes effective measures such as combining family education with school education,combining professional education with mental health education,combining ideological and political education with mental health education,and combining common management with individual education.
