在广泛调研古籍文献、全面梳理中医药现代研究成果的基础上,结合中药学、中医临床医学等相关学科领域内多位知名专家学者的经验,归纳总结出:桂枝的功效主要为发汗解肌,温通经脉,助阳化气,平冲降气.桂枝的症靶为气逆、疼痛、肢体麻木、心悸、水肿等.桂枝的标靶为血压升高.桂枝及其有效成分具有抗病原微生物、扩张血管、促进发汗、解热、抗炎、镇痛、利尿、降压等作用.桂枝皮中的挥发油及油中的桂皮醛有一定的毒性,使用炒制桂枝可降低毒性并保证用药安全.桂枝的使用剂量为3~30g,在临床应用中应根据不同的疾病或同一疾病的不同阶段来辨证使用,积极探索桂枝的用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系.
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-cassia twig
Through the investigation of ancient books and the sorting of the modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that cassia twig mainly has the effects of expelling the evils in muscles,warming and activating meridians,reinforcing yang to transform qi,and repressing upward perversion of qi.The symptom targets of cassia twig are reversed flow of qi,pain,numbness of limbs,palpitation and edema.The biomedical indecator target of cassia twig is elevated blood pressure.Cassia twig and its active ingredients have antipathogenic microorganisms,vasodilatation,promoting sweating,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,diuretic and antihypertensive effects.The volatile oil in the bark of cassia twig and the cinnamaldehyde in the oil have the certain degree of toxicity,and the use of fried cassia twig can reduce the toxicity and ensure the safety of medication.In clinical practice,the recommended dosage of cassia twig ranges from 3-30 g,and it should be used dialectically according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease.And the construction of dose-effect relationship between the dosage of cassia twig and the symptom target and biomeidical indicator target should be explored actively.
