Objective To observe the clinical effect of the abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment on pain and the dysfunction of lumbar disc herniation by using the clinical comparison method.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the analysis subjects and divided into the abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment group(the treatment group)and the conventional electroacupuncture treatment group(the control group),with 30 cases in each group.The improvement of lumbago and the dysfunction of two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results After treatment,the pain and dysfunction index scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the pain and dysfunction index scores,alleviate the pain symptoms of the patients,improve lumbar function of the patients.This thrapy has certain clinical significance.
