Clinical application of automatic coagulation instrument in the detection of coagulation function in patients with preeclampsia
Objective To explore the application of automatic coagulation instrument in the detection of coagulation function in patients with preeclampsia.Methods 120 patients with preeclampsia admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Hospital of Capital Medical University from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study group.70 mild patients and 50 severe patients were as the mild group and the severe group respectively.During the same period,120 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),and D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(Fib),fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)and antithrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)levels were detected by a CS-5100 automatic coagulation instrument.Seven imprecision CV values at different concentrations of coagulation were calculated.The daytime imprecision density of APTT and PTTT was measured.The carryover of Fib,D-D,FDP and AT-Ⅲ was evaluated,and the test results were observed.Results Compared with the control group and the mild group,in the study group and the severe group,the levels of APTT,PT,TT and AT Ⅲ decreased,and the levels of Fib,D-D,and FDP increased(P＜0.05);The within-run imprecision of APTT,PT,and Fib at different concentratons(normal,moderate,high)was 0.475％-2.664％,0.632％-1.066％,and 1.995％-3.615％,respectively;The within-run CV values of single-level items TT,D-D,FDP,and AT-Ⅲ were 0.712％,4.241％,6.301％,and 5.441％,respectively;With-in-day imprecision of APTT,PT,and TT was better,but the Fib CV was slightly larger;The criteria for determining the levels of Fib,D-D,and FDP were all≤10％.Conclusion For patients with preeclampsia,seven coagulation tests can be performed by using the automatic coagulation instrument,which can significantly evaluate the coagulation function status of the patients,and play a key role in assessing the severity of the disease.It can provide favorable basis for clinical treatment and facilitate the formulation of subsequent treatment plans.
