Discussion on the relationship between emotion and gynecological diseases from the perspectives of disease caused by depression and depression caused by disease
By sorting out the main causes and pathogenesis of emotional illness,this study reveals the evolutionary process of"emotions,stagnation of qi,depression of pathogenesis,and depression of emotions".It is pointed out that negative emotions are important factors leading to gynecological diseases,and"depression"is an important mediator between emotions and gynecological diseases.Starting from the discussion of"emotional depression leading to gynecological diseases"and"emotional depression and pathogenetic depression caused by gynecological diseases",it is summarized that emotional depression leading to gynecological diseases mainly includes anger depression,worry depression,and sadness depression,involving the liver,heart,spleen,and other organs,and the pathogenesis can be either excess or deficiency,or intermingled deficiency and excess.Among them,the pathogenesis of the liver includes stagnation of liver qi,liver depression transforming into fire,liver depression and qi stagnation,and inability of liver storing blood.The pathogenesis of the heart and spleen includes heart qi stagnation,injury of yin-blood in heart and spleen,spleen deficiency and blood stagnation,and spleen falling to manage blood.The specific manifestation is the occurrence of gynecological miscellaneous diseases such as zhengji,and physiological disorders or symptoms in women's menstruation,vaginal discharge diseases,pregnancy,childbirth,and lactation.The core connotation is consistent with the theory of"disease caused by depression"and"depression caused by disease".
