National Chinese medical science master Wang Xixing's experience in differential treatment of clinical stages of gastric cancer-related fatigue
Professor Wang Xixing believes that the pathogenesis of cancer-related fatigue in gastric cancer patients is the malfunction of zang-fu viscera and deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,which can be divided into the early stage of"spleen and stomach injuries",the advanced stage of"intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis",and the last stage of"deficiency of kidney and essence".To deal with this process,the treatment methods of different stages are proposed,including"consolidating body resistance and cultivating the primordial spirit,clearing heat and removing toxicity"at the early stage,"expelling blood stasis and eliminating phlegm,reinforcement and elimination in combination"at the advanced stage,and"resisting cancer and drawing toxins,nourishing the liver and kidneys"at the last stage.Professor Wang chooses prescriptions such as Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Liujunzi Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Guizhi Fuling Pill,Zishui Qinggan Decoction,common buried rubber,zedoary rhizome,thunberbg fritillary bulb,centipede and so on.Clinical treatment emphasizes"harmony"thinking and combination of disease and syndrome,resulting in significant therapeutic effect.
