The method of restoring pulse orginates from the"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases",which refers to the treatment of balancing the qi,blood,yin and yang of the pulse by benefiting qi,nourishing blood,warming yang,nourishing yin and activating yang,in order to restore the normal pulse manifestation.Zhang Zhongjing treated a variety of severe pulse disorders with the method of restoring pulse,which was embodied in the specific forms of benefiting qi and restoring pulse,nourishing blood and restoring pulse,warming yang and restoring pulse,nourishing yin and restoring pulse,invigorating qi,blood,yin and yang and restoring pulse,and activating yang and restoring pulse.In clinical practice,the method of restoring pulse should be selected according to the patient's condition,so as to achieve the treatment expectation of'pulse restoration'.In addition,the manifestation of'pulse restoration'should be based on specific circumstances.
