通过古籍文献调研,梳理中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,结合中医药现代研究成果,归纳出苍耳子:功效主要为散风寒,通鼻窍,祛风湿.症靶为鼻塞流涕、皮肤瘙痒、头痛.现代药理研究发现苍耳子及其有效成分具有抗炎镇痛、抗过敏等作用.苍耳子有毒,成人中肝肾功能受损多见.经过高温炮制后,易于去刺,可降低毒性,保证用药安全.临床使用剂量为3~15g,需严格控制用量,从小剂量开始,逐步增加至满意效果.同时,中病即止,不宜长期续服,以降低不良反应发生率.

Through the investigation of ancient books and the sorting of the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,combined with the modem research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,it is cloncluded that siberian cocklebur fruit mainly has the effects of dispelling wind-cold,clearing nose orifices and dispeling wind and eliminating dampness.The symptom targets are nasal obstrtuction,snotty,pruritus,and headache.Modern pharmacology studies have found that siberian cocklebur fruit and its active ingredients have anti-inflammatory,analgesic and anti-allergic effects.Siberian cocklebur fruit is poisonous,and damage to liver and kidney functions is more common in adults.After high-temperature processing,it is easy to remove the thorns,which can reduce toxicity and ensure drug safety.The clinical dosage is 3-15 g,and the dosage needs to be strictly controlled.The dosage should start from a small dosage and gradually increase to a satisfactory effect.At the same time,the treatment should be stopped promptly when the disease receives appropriate treatment,because this herbal medicine is not suitable for long-term continuous use to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
