Therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on ischemic necrosis of the femoral head and changes of coagulation function and serological indexes in patients
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on ischemic necrosis of the femoral head and the changes of coagulation function and serological indexes.Methods From January 2020 to September 2022,126 patients with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were as the research subjects and randomly divided into the operation group(63 cases)and the Chinese medicine group(63 cases).All patients underwent surgical treatment and routine intervention after surgery.On the basis of this treatment,the Chinese medicine group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effects of two groups after 3 months of treatment were statistically analyzed.And the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,serological indexes levels,coagulation function and rehabilitation were compared between two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,in the Chinese medicine group,the total effective cases were 61cases,and the total effective rate was 96.83％;And in the operation group,the total effective cases were 55 cases,and the total effective rate was 87.30％.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the operation group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,pain,swelling,constipation,thirst,visual analogue scale(VAS)and peripheral blood fibrinogen(FIB)levels in two groups decreased,and the Chinese medicine group was lower than the operation group(P＜0.05).Serum levels of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and hip joint function score and bone density increased in both groups,and the Chinese medicine group was higher than the operation group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in two groups were prolonged,and the Chinese medicine group was longer than the operation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,coagulation function and serum indexes levels in patients with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head,improve the hip joint function and bone density of patients,and reduce pain.The treatment method has the good therapeutic effect.
