Effect of Metoprolol succinate combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on heart rate variability and hemorheology in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with Metoprolol succinate on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to Jinan Fourth People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)acording to random number table method. The control group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection, and the observation group was treated with Metoprolol succinate on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The frequency and duration of angina attacks, the levels of serum inflammatory factors,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure, heart rate variability(HRV)and hemorheological parameters were compared between two groups before and after treatment. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment,in the observation group the frequency and duration of angina attacks were lower and shorter than those in the control group, and 6 minute walking test distance was longer than that in the control Group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),intercellular cell adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the heart rate variability(HRV)was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in two groups was lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment with Metoprolol succinate combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection for patients with angina pectoris of early coronary heart disease, the blood viscosity of patients is reduced, the frequency and duration of angina attacks of patients are reduced,HRV is increased, hemorheology indexes levels and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure are decreased, serum inflammatory factors are inhibited, which can prevent further development of the disease. This therapy has the significant clinical effect.
