The influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury behavior in adolescents with depression
Objective To analyze the relationship between adolescent depression and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior and preventive strategies.Methods 114 patients with adolescent depression admitted to Nantong First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into the NSSI group(59 cases)and the non-NSSI group(55 cases)according to whether they were accompanied by NSSI.The single factor statistics of NSSI in patients with adolescent depression were conducted,and the high risk factors of NSSI in patients with adolescent depression were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in anxiety,depression,childhood family dysfunction,childhood abuse and school bullying between the NSSI group and the non-NSSI group(P<0.05).Anxiety,severe depression,childhood family dysfunction,childhood abuse and school bullying were independent high risk factors of NSSI in patients with adolescent depression(P<0.05).Conclusion The high risk factors of NSSI in patients with adolescent depression include anxiety,severe depression,childhood family dysfunction,childhood abuse and school bullying,etc.According to these factors,clinical preventive measures can be provided to patients with adolescent depression to reduce the NSSI in adolescent patients with depression.
