Ectopic pregnancy is a common gynecological emergency,and optimization of its treatment strategies is of significance for improving the reproductive health of women of childbearing age.This review comprehensively analyzes the current applications status of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and explores its future development trends.By evaluating traditional Western treatments such as methotrexate monotherapy and laparoscopic surgery,and comparing these with the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine approaches,including herbal medicine,acupuncture and massage,the potential of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in improving the treatment effect and reducing adverse effects is revealed.In the future,personalized treatment protocols,advancements in minimally invasive techniques,and the development of novel traditional Chinese medicine drugs are expected to provide more advanced methods for conservative management of ectopic pregnancy.This review emphasizes the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and provides a scientific basis for its further application in clinical practice.
