Chronic gastritis is a common chronic disease of the digestive system,which belongs to one of the clinical advantages of disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).For the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of modern TCM often focuses on the patient's current symptoms,and lacks a grasp of the occurrence and development of the disease,as well as the auxiliary examination indicators,which affects the clinical efficacy.Based on academician Tong Xiaolin's thought of"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiaion",the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis is divided into four states(four stages),namely"stagnation,dampness,stasis,and deficiency".Combined with the therapeutic targets,the corresponding target prescription and target drug for each stage are determined,and the"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation"system of chronic gastritis is constructed,in order to improve the clinical efficacy of chronic gastritis.
