Guided by the theory of"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation",based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the modem stages of stroke,this paper summarizes the whole development trend of stroke"obstruction,stasis and damage",explores the treatment principles and corresponding target drugs in each stage and state of stroke,and discusses the strategies of treatment based on syndrome differentiation for ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke around the core pathogenesis of"stasis".The treatment based on syndrome diferentiation of stroke characterized by classification and stage is constructed,in order to provide reference for giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke.
