摘要

目的 建立温肾暖脾颗粒补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量测定方法,为质量控制提供实验依据.方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相∶甲醇-水(40∶60);检测波长246nm;结果 峰面积和质量浓度之间线性关系良好,补骨脂素R2=0.999 2,异补骨脂素R2=0.999 3;精密度、稳定性均符合要求;补骨脂素平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为0.89%,异补骨脂素平均回收率为95.90%,RSD为1.18%.结论 本试验研究并建立了高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量测定方法,可以作为温肾暖脾颗粒质量控制的依据.

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in Wenshen Nuanpi Granules in order to provide experimental basis for quality control of Wenshen Nuanpi Granules.Methods Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filling agent.The mobile phase was methanol∶water(40∶60 v/v).The detected wavelength was 246 nm.Results Linear-relationship between peak area and mass concentration was good for psoralen(r2=0.9992)and isopsoralen(r2=0.9993);The precision and stability were in accordance with the requirements;The average recovery rate of psoralen was 98.25%with an RSD of 0.89%,and the average recovery rate of isopsoralen was 95.90%with an RSD of 1.18%.Conclusion In this experiment,the high performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of psoralen and isopsoralen is investigated and established,which can be used as the basis for the quality control of Wenshen Nuanpi Granules.
