摘要
通过对古籍文献以及中药近现代研究的进展和成果的梳理,结合中医临床和中药学领域专家学者的认知和实践经验,经讨论认为海藻与昆布:功效主要为消痰软坚,利水消肿.症靶为甲状腺肿大、淋巴结肿痛、睾丸肿痛、囊肿结节型痤疮;标靶为调节甲状腺功能异常、肿瘤.现代药理研究发现海藻、昆布及其有效成分具有抗病原微生物、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用;海藻不宜与甘草同用,脾胃虚寒者,不宜使用海藻及昆布;临床医家使用剂量为6～60 g.
Abstract
Through the investigation of ancient books and the sorting of the modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that seaweed and Kelp mainly have the effects of eliminating phlegm and softeningindurated mass,and inducing diuresis for removing edema. The symptom targets are thyroid enlargement,lymph node swelling and pain,testicular swelling and pain,and cystic nodular acne. The biochemical indicator targets are abnormal thyroid function regulation,and tumors. Modern pharmacological studies have found that seaweed and Kelp and their active ingredients have the effects of anti-pathogenic microorganism,anti-tumor,and antioxidation. Seaweed should not be uaed together with liquorice root. For those with dificient cold of spleen and stomach,seaweed and Kelp should not be used. The dosage used by clinicians is 6-60g.
