Research on diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on the theory of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment based on syndrome differentiation system has the problems of insufficient understanding of the occurrence and development regularity of diseases,and inadequate improvement of the examination and laboratory indicators. After years of clinical practice,Academician Tong Xiaolin puts forward a modern TCM diagnosis and treatment system of "state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation",and applies it to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases. Based on this,under the guidance of the theory of "state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation",combined with clinical experience and modern pharmacological research results,the pathogenesis of COPD is divided into four states (four stages),namely "phlegm,obstruction,blood stasis,and failure. For each state,syndrome differentiation is carried out. And combined with the treatment targets,the corresponding target prescription and target drug in each stage are determined,and the state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation system of COPD is constructed,which provides a new path for improving the treatment effect of TCM.
