Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end-stage manifestation of various cardiovascular diseases,and neuroendocrine is one of the important mechanisms of its occurrence.This article carefully reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on the neuroendocrine mechanism of CHF in recent years.Based on the theory of"primordial qi"in traditional Chinese medicine,this article elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease from both Chinese and Western medicine perspectives,explores the intervention of its neuroendocrine mechanism from the perspective of"primordial qi"and the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and enriches the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on CHF.These can provide new ideas for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of CHF in clinical practice.
