Study on accelerated recovery of stress fracture of femoral neck in traditional Chinese and Western medicine
With the rise of marathon and fitness exercise,the location of stress fracture has changed,and the incidence of stress fracture of femoral neck has also increased significantly.Due to the difficulty of early diagnosis and missed diagnosis,it can easy lead to nonunion of fracture and ischemic necrosis of femoral head,and the disability rate is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and brings heavy burden to families and society.It is a challenge faced by orthopedic doctors.Modern Western medicine has provided the good support and theoretical basis for the diagnosis,classification and surgical treatment of patients with stress fracture of femur with the aid of medical equipment.However,in the treatment of post-traumatic femoral neck healing and femoral head necrosis,Western medicine has not yet developed the treatment method,while traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine has played the unique role in the clinical prevention and treatment of traumatic femoral neck nonunion and femoral head necrosis through internal and external use.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown good therapeutic effects in the accelerated recovery process of stress fracture of femoral neck.This article studies the clinical characteristics,diagnostic points,classification and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods of stress fracture of femoral neck,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
