摘要
有关"少阴经"与"厥阴经"的记载在长沙马王堆汉墓出土的《足臂十一脉灸经》与《阴阳十一脉灸经》便已有涉及.后期经过医家的不断完善,终于形成完整的经脉理论体系.通过古代文献《黄帝内经》《黄帝内经太素》《针灸甲乙经》《针灸大成》等对"手少阴心经""手厥阴心包经"的记载,发现"手少阴心经"与"手厥阴心包经"在名称、循行、主治等方面关系紧密.因而通过厘清"手少阴心经"与"手厥阴心包经"两者间的关系,以期能够更好地指导临床.
Abstract
Records on the"Shaoyin meridian"and"Jueyin meridian"have already been involved in the"Moxibustion on Eleven Foot and Arm Meridians"and"Yin-yang-11 Meridians Classic of Moxibustion"unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tomb in Changsha.At the later stage,through the continuous improvement of physicians,a complete theoretical system of meridians was finally formed.According to the records of"heart meridian of hand-shaoyin"and"pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin"in ancient books such as"Huang Di Nei Jing","Great Simplicity of Internal Classic","Zhenjiu Jia Yi Jing"and"Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion",it is found that"heart meridian of hand-shaoyin"and"pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin"are closely related in terms of name,meridian circulation,indications of disease and so on.Therefore,clarifying the relationship between the"heart meridian of hand-shaoyin"and"pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin"can better guide clinical application.
