通过深入调研古籍文献,系统梳理中医药现代研究成果,并结合中医临床及中药学领域专家的见解和实践经验,归纳出辛夷:功效主要为散风寒,通鼻窍.症靶为鼻塞流涕和头痛.现代药理研究发现辛夷及其有效成分具有抗过敏、抗炎、抗菌、兴奋子宫等作用.辛夷无毒,煎煮时应包煎.辛夷的不良反应主要为胃肠道不适.阴虚火旺者忌服.本品能引起子宫收缩,孕产妇禁用.临床使用剂量为3~12g,考虑到辛夷可能对胃肠产生刺激,初次应用时应谨慎采取小剂量试探性给药方式,若患者接受小剂量给药后无不良反应,可根据病情逐步调整药物剂量,确保治疗效果并保障用药安全.
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-biond magnolia flower-bud
Through in-depth investigation of ancient books and the systematic sorting of the modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that biond magnolia flower-bud mainly has the effects of dispelling wind-cold,and relieving stuffy nose.The symptom targets are nasal obstruction and runny nose,and headache.Modern pharmacological studies have found that biond magnolia flower-bud and its active ingredients have anti-allergic,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,and uterine stimulating effects.Biond magnolia flower-bud is non-poisonous,and when using this medicine,it should be decocted in wrapped condition.The main adverse reaction of biond magnolia flower-bud is gastrointestinal discomfort.Those with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency should avoid taking it.This product can cause uterine contractions and is contraindicated for pregnant and postpartum women.The clinical dosage is 3-12 g.Due to the potential irritation of biond magnolia flower-bud to the gastrointestinal tract,patients should adopt a small dose gradual administration method when receiving this medicine for the first time.If the patient has no adverse reactions after receiving the small dose of medication,the drug dosage can be gradually adjusted according to the condition of the patient to ensure treatment effectiveness and medication safety.
